- Yes, we use state of the art snow making equipment. However, we do need below zero temperatures to make snow.

No waiver is necessary. Your ticket is your waiver.

Our tubes can accommodate adult weight up to 275 lbs.

- We have single tubes to accommodate one person, however you can link tubes together while sliding, up to four people.

- Children must ride in their own tube but can be linked up with their caregiver.

- Once you purchase a ticket we do not give cash back.

- We have a fully licensed bar and kitchen waiting to serve you, take a look at our menu. Outside food & drink is not permitted.

- Yes, if you have a bicycle or hockey helmet please bring them along. We rent helmets for $5 each.

- Snow Tubing, like skiing or snowboarding, is an adventure sport, and therefore does have some inherent risks. River Valley Tube Park does everything possible to operate a safe snow tubing park. Our lifts are inspected daily to ensure safe operation, our friendly staff undergo many hours of training, completing checklists to ensure the safety of all our guests and staff.

- Dress for winter weather. The best way to prepare for an outdoor adventure is to layer clothing. This provides the option to add or remove layers in the event of changing weather conditions. Wear a hat, gloves, boots, a warm jacket, and snow pants if you prefer. Helmets are a requirement for those 12 & under. We encourage you bring along your personal hockey or skating helmet as only a limited number are available to rent.

- Yes. In order to participate in snow tubing, you must be at least 4 years old.

- Roughly 6-9 slide rides, depending on how energetic you are & how busy the park is that day.

Yes, we have ramps to enter into our facility and have wheelchair accessible washrooms.
Winter Tube Slide Safety and Etiquette
Weather and Hours
- Please note, weather can affect safety on the hills and may affect our operating hours.
Age
- Children must be at least 4 years of age
- Children 12 years & under must wear a helmet. This may be a personal CSA approved helmet or a River Valley Tube Park rental helmet.
For Your Safety

When Riding the Lift

When Sitting in the Tube

- One person per tube, but you may hook tubes together to slide

- Walking paths can be slippery
- Winter footwear is recommended
- Use caution when walking
You risk your safety if –
- You fail to obey instructions
- You do not sit properly in your Tube
- You engage in horseplay
